Arkansas Lieutenant Governor Mark A. Darr will serve as the keynote speaker at the Crime Victims' Rights Ceremony tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. at the Lonoke Annex.

April 21 through the 27th is National Crime Victims' Rights Week. All over the country cities will be participating in events honoring local champions of crime victims' rights. This year's theme- New Challenges, New Solutions- celebrates the spirit that will advance the progress these heroes achieved.
