NORTH LITTLE ROCK (February 12, 2008) Lieutenant Governor Bill Halter today presented a $10000 check from the Wal-Mart/sams CLUB Foundation to Boys and Girls Club of Central Arkansas at the nonprofit organizations Jim Wetherington Unit in North Little Rock.
